The workbook and audio were used to keep the youth moving in a fun way through song, dance, and ice-breakers at camp. They also hiked to the waterfall, hiked trails after the Gondola ride, swam, played volleyball, basketball, Ga Ga Ball, swings, and danced at the powwow.
